It's better than losing 8-0, right?

I think that it wouldn't hurt to try Kessel on a line with Frattin and Kadri just to see what happens. They're the hottest line right now and can get kessel a goal or at least a few more assists. Even If the line doesn't mesh too good which it should, if it gets Kessel a goal the slump will be over and they can try something else

I Think for the defencive situation .... sadly wait but i agree they have to lessen kostka and dions mins i mean im impressed at what kostka has done with the ice time i would expect worse but hes a good player. as for kessel i say the lines need juggling and i think this would work great

Van van riemsdyk-Grabovski-Kessel McClement-Bozak-Kulimen

i think that that would work great together or atleast try it and see what happens i would also like to see grabo with kessel just be experiment.

I would try Kessel on a line with Orr and Steckel. Steckel would clean up Kessel's defensive shortcoming and Orr could grind it up in the corner and in front of the net. But Kessel needs his minutes cut back. Frattin and Kadri are killing it and not playing them hurts the team.

For the PP, I would reward the the players that are hot now and producing. That means kadri, frattin and JVR with Liles and Kostka. Just check their point tallies - these are the guys that are getting it done on the ice and have "luck" on their side.

@leafer4life

only thing id change from that is kostka for franson. i like kostka alot i just think he needs less ice time for his sake and think franson would help get it to the net with JVR infront and the way kadri is cleaning up around the net could be deadly.

and just a side not but i used to like what kessel did on side boards on PP but it just seems old now i think he needs a new bag of tricks on PP or it could just be me or what the system is i dont know

Frattin - Kadri - Kessel. Simple as that. Kadri has created enough chances to make Frattin look like a 20+ goal scorer, Kessel just adds to that dynamic. Moving Kessel to that line can also create a possibly great checking line of Kulemin - Bozak - Komarov. Kadri and Frattin have been on fire thus far, why not reward them with extra minutes while trying to get Kessel scoring by throwing him on the Leafs (current) best scoring line
