I can't even be mad about this loss because the Detroit Red Wings played such a classy, underrated game. Wait. Maybe I don't know what underrated means... does it mean you got outplayed but still won? No? Oh, ok. Nevermind.

LGD: Leafs Look to Extend Win Streak to... Two

The Toronto Maple Leafs are coming off only their second win of the season. The Jets, victims of a 5-1 beatdown at the hands of the Montreal Canadiens, will be doing everything they can to get themselves back in the win column while denying Toronto their first win streak of the season.

I tend to dread Leafs vs. Jets games, but tonight's matchup in ACC shouldn't be too bad. Leafs Postgame: Shutout Night In Canada

October 31 2015 08:26PM

It's fitting for a Halloween night game - a scary display of offensive ineptitude, defensive lapses, and ugly goaltending. The Toronto Maple Leafs couldn't do much right tonight in a 4-0 shutout loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins. But hey, at least they kept Phil Kessel off the scoreboard. Small victories?
