So. Much. Leafs. Trade. Talk.
Darren Dreger of TSN has updated his now infamous Leafs Trade Board, with Daniel Winnik being a slam dunk 100% to be dealt before the deadline. Korbinian Holzer follows at 85%, while Tyler Bozak and Joffrey Lupul both clock in at a 60% chance at being dealt. Roman Polak, who's had his name circulate quite a bit through trade chatter lately, is only a 40%.

Hope_Smoke, let me hear that sweet, sweet music...
McKenzie "it's at best 50/50 that Bozak moves [at the deadline]"— Hope_Smoke (@Hope_Smoke) February 19, 2015
McKenzie said teams are inquiring on Bozak but trying to pick the carcass of the Leafs due to them being in distress right now.— Hope_Smoke (@Hope_Smoke) February 19, 2015
Oh yeah, that's the stuff.
The Toronto Maple Leafs might be moving Tyler Bozak before the March 2nd trade deadline, though it likely won't happen unless someone steps up and offers fair value. To be honest, I'd be down with "close-to-fair" value, if only to get rid of that contract.

According to coach Peter Horachek, the Toronto Maple Leafs will be without the services of Dion Phaneuf for a little while long as his hands continue to heal from punching people in the face.
From TSN's Jonas Siegel...
Dion Phaneuf won't return in either of the next two games.— Jonas Siegel (@jonasTSN1050) February 18, 2015
Peter Horachek says Phaneuf's hand injury wasn't improving when he rejoined the team. Further tests revealed he wasn't quite right.— Jonas Siegel (@jonasTSN1050) February 18, 2015

Last week we learned that Brendan Shanahan has the blessing of the MLSE board to blow up the Leafs' current roster and start anew. Since then, pending free agents Cody Franson and Mike Santorelli were dealt to Nashville, and the names of Daniel Winnik, Tyler Bozak, Dion Phaneuf, Phil Kessel and Roman Polak have all appeared in trade rumours as the deadline approaches.
It's pretty clear that the demolition job will happen, but there has to be roster carryover, no?

The buzzards are beginning to circle...
According to Harvey Fialkov of the Sun Sentinel, the Florida Panthers might be looking to add some significant firepower to their roster in the form of one Philip J. Kessel.
From the man himself...
Panthers are interested in Kessel but aren't going to give up young stud #flapanthers— Harvey Fialkov (@hfialkov) February 16, 2015
This is, uh, well... pretty obvious? I'm pretty certain that 29 teams in the NHL are interested in acquiring Kessel, one of the league's premier goal scorers, if they can do so without giving up any of their "young studs". That being said, at least we can now identify at least one team with a level of certainty.
