In case you somehow missed it, the Toronto Maple Leafs are now a Turtleneck team, with Tomas Plekanec as their hypothetical fourth-line centre moving forward. With that in mind, it’s still not exactly a full roster these days, as Auston Matthews is still day-to-day (week-to-week?) on the IR with a shoulder injury.
On Monday, we saw William Nylander line up as centre, followed respectively by Nazem Kadri, Tomas Plekanec, and Tyler Bozak, which bumped Dominic Moore from the lineup.
However, yesterday’s game saw Moore back in the lineup, with Josh Leivo finding himself on the fringes once again.
Moore scored a goal, his sixth of the season. So we ask you fine people: When everyone is healthy, does Dominic Moore still deserve a place in the lineup? Do you trust William Nylander at centre? Should the Leafs do something wild and try Roman Polak at centre?
What are your thoughts?

Kapennen. Matthews. Nylander
Marleau. Kadri. Marner
JVR. Bozak. Brown
Hyman. Plecanec. Komorov
That’s some great top nine scoring and a very strong 4th line.
Playoff Spares
Moore, Leivo.
I feel like you should just accept that hyman is playing with Matthews, and keep it at that. Kappy on the fourth line and move him up to the third line wing next year, or if you make nylander a center, put kappy there instead
Hyman has had a career year and he won’t be going anywhere. Sorry man but anyone who disagrees is on another planet.
Less.
A 4th line of turtleneck, kappy and uncle Leo can play all of the tough minutes.
Yea less, Moore is a perfect 6th centre for a playoff run. Nylander is so elite offensively he play centre, he just needs to cut out the turn overs. Polak should remain the 18th option
