As the December 1st deadline looms in the distance, Nylander is reportedly training with Swedish club AIK’s junior team.
According to this report by Sport Bladet, the forward has been training with the team since the fall. So it is not a sudden move that really signifies anything of importance.
The fact that Nylander is not in North America should not be worrisome since there have been recent reports that both parties are coming to a conclusion soon. Before, Nylander was seen training with Austrian team Dorbirn Bulldogs, just a 90-minute drive from Zurich, where Dubas and Nylander’s camp met more than a month ago.
With the deadline fastly approaching, we will all know the final decision soon enough.
