Andersen was injured during a game Monday night with the Florida Panthers after a nasty collision with Panthers F Frank Vatrano.
He underwent concussion testing so news he is day to day is good for the club pushing for a playoff spot.
The Maple Leafs announced early Tuesday morning the team recalled G Kasimir Kaskisuo from the AHL’s Toronto Marlies.
