Olivier at En Attendant Les Nordiques (en français) also counted chances for the game and came up with very similar results.  After much deliberation, I elected not to count the EN goal scored by Versteeg as a chance but I can certainly see both sides of the argument.

Grabovski's line played lots of minutes against Montreal's top line (Cammalleri-Plekanec-Kostitsyn), with Cammalleri and Grabovski in particular matching up against each other for 9.7 even-strength minutes.

Slava Duris started writing at his blog "Under the Helmet of Slava Duris" in May of 2009. He is currently engaged in a project to count scoring chances for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season. Slava chose his moniker in tribute to Vitezslav "Slava" Duris, a defenceman who defected from Czechoslovakia in the early 1980s to play for the Toronto Maple Leafs and was known for wearing one of the goofiest looking helmets in Leafs history.

Love Olivier's 'embarrassment' that Grabovski outplayed Plekanec. Plekanec's not the first or the best player to have that happen to them.

The more I think of it, the less I see a justification for counting those kind of EN goals as chances. Meh.

Grabovsky's a sneaky bugger. The habs D is slow and he always uses that to his advantage. Not a bad return for a couple of days window of negotiation with Sundin. Not a bona fide tough matchups player, I guess, but still looks like a pretty good out-scorer.
