Pretty much just quantifies exactly what Steve was saying.
Oh and Happy birthday Steve. Hope you enjoyed for Pulled pork sandwich and “birthday thing” lol
I’ll give that a read
Vancouver’s decline started much earlier, they totally mortgaged the future.
In my opinion, they jumped the shark on June 25, 2010, during the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, when they traded Michael Grabner, Steve Bernier and the Canuck’s first round pick to the Florida Panthers for Keith Ballard and Victor Oreskovich,
Steve Bernier is still playing, Oreskovich was waived in 2011.
If Grabner and a good late pick from 2010 (like Justin Faulk or Evgeny Kuznetsov) were still there, they would be in much better shape.
As if things can’t get any worse for Cannuck fans, Kessler takes a knee-on-knee hit tonight.
If he were traded.. then he wouldn’t have that happen to him.
