LGD: TLN Presents The Carlyle Bowl

Now that it’s cold in Toronto it’s probably nice to be in So-Cal. You don’t get to go though. Just the Leafs. They’re playing hockey there tonight against the not so mighty Ducks.
The Ducks are a team that many experts thought would be contenders for the cup this year, which begs the question, “why isn’t there more turnover in the journalism field?”
Anyway, we haven’t seen hockey in a few nights and the Leafs have been playing well, so this should be fun.

The Leafs

Not much in the way of changes for the Leafs tonight, except now you have to call him NHL All-Star Leo Komarov. Even Mark Arcobello managed to tag along for the trip which is neat because he’s not Rich Clune.

What to Expect?
  • KORBINIAN HOLZER SIGHTING!!!
  • Santorelli’s there too. He’ll probably score
  • A lot of pressbox camera shots of Dave Nonis and Randy Carlyle that will make you feel sooooo good about the Leafs in 2016
  • Since it’s Bibeau backing him up, you can count on Bernier to be lights out
  • A bunch of people wearing Adam Banks jerseys thinking they’re hilarious
