Maple Leafs Trade Deadline 2016 Primer

With a week to go until the trade deadline we’re about to shift into full blown rumour mongering mode around here. With a roster built to be deadline rentals, this is our time. The Phaneuf trade has also reminded us that anything is possible and that might make it difficult to not be disappointed next Monday if the changes aren’t significant.

While there’s a lot coming at us in a short period of time, it’s worthwhile to look at the deadline story so far, and revisit some of the TLN #content that will be relevant this week.
