Phaneuf Not Quite Ready to Come Back

According to coach Peter Horachek, the Toronto Maple Leafs will be without the services of Dion Phaneuf for a little while long as his hands continue to heal from punching people in the face.
From TSN’s Jonas Siegel…
That means we likely won’t see Phaneuf playing until at least next Thursday night, the 26th of February, when the Leafs host the Philadelphia Flyers at the ACC.
The most important thing in this situation is that Phaneuf rests that hand and ensures he doesn’t rush back too soon. After all, this team is losing hockey games just fine without him, and a messed up hand means messed up trade value.
Get well soon(ish), Dion.
