Welcome to TheLeafsNation Game Day where we take a look at today’s Leafs game and a few other things happening around the league all with daily fantasy in mind.
The Toronto Maple Leafs are squaring up with the Montreal Canadiens in their second last matchup of the season. I’d expect Montreal to come out hot tonight as they look to clinch a playoff spot.

Who I like

Auston Matthews ($9,000). Next.
I’d be fading whomever the Leafs start in net tonight.
Alex Galchenyuk ($3,500) is up on the second line and I don’t mind the value. He’s averaged 5.6 points in the last 10 games, and posted an 8 point fantasy game against Montreal last week.
Jake Muzzin ($4,100) has had lots of success against the Habs this year averaging 9.7 FPPG against them scoring five points in eight games.

Around the NHL

Connor McDavid ($9,100) looks to continue his hot streak and his push for 100 points. He’s always worth a spot in your lineup.
Tuevo Teravainen ($5,400) has seen his salary slowly increasing in the 18 games since he’s returned to the Hurricanes, but is still solid value at his price point. He had a three-point game against Chicago two days ago, and now is up to five points in five games against them.
Jordan Eberle ($5,100) will look to stay hot against the New Jersey Devils. He already has five points in six games against them this season.
