When will Semyon Der-Arguchintsev be in the Maple Leafs lineup?

When you go back to the 2018 NHL draft, a lot of fans remember Semyon Der-Arguchintsev. It may because of his face, his skill, or all of the above. But what does he really bring to the table in terms of a Toronto Maple Leafs prospect?
