Which Leafs received qualifying offers?

Monday was the deadline for qualifying restricted free agents. It’s not unheard of for the news to break a couple of days after the fact.
After “the big four” restricted free agents of Ben Scrivens, Cody Franson, Nikolai Kulemin and Matt Frattin, the Leafs have a few other players to qualify. Korbinian Holzer, the big German defenceman and former Olympian who impressed with the Marlies last season, is one of them.
The only evidence I could find anywhere of any Leaf signed to a qualifying offer is from this Sunday news blast in the Toronto Sun:
Kulemin, Matt Frattin, Cody Franson and Ben Scrivens are restricted free agents and have received qualifying offers.
They followed it up with a free agency preview last night that contained this tidbit:
The other Leafs who were due qualifying offers – defenceman Cody Franson and forward Matt Frattin — got them, Nonis confirmed. So did possible important pieces of the future, including goalies Ben Scrivens and Jussi Rynnas and defenceman Korbinian Holzer.There is no rush to re-sign any of those players.
It’s usually noted when former first round picks who busted, such as Peter Mueller, and former 22nd overall selection Matt Lashoff is also a restricted free agent come July 1st. But there is no news about him, which makes me think that nothing official has been announced yet.
But this is encouraging. The other Leafs assets that needed to be tendered qualifying offers other than Lashoff are Marcel Mueller and Mark Fraser. The Leafs needed to submit the offers by 5:00 p.m. yesterday to hold onto the players’ RFA rights as they hit free agency on July 1st.
The other option as far as Nik Kulemin is concerned is for club-elected salary arbitration similar to what the Vancouver Canucks did with Mason Raymond this year. But nothing like that has been announced either.
Nonis appears to have confirmed to the Sun that at least six Leafs assets received qualifying offers. We’ll see about the other three between now and July 1st, I’m guessing.
