After pouring through nearly a hundred applications and putting five talented finalists through the wringer, it is my great privilege to announce that the Next TLN Blogger contest has come to a close.

Congratulations to our contest winner Adam Laskaris, The Leafs Nation’s latest and greatest contributor.

Both myself and Steve Dangle were super impressed with Adam’s submissions over the past several weeks, and we think you will really enjoy his writing going forward. I’m not one to pick favourites, but I already like him better than Jeffler.

Keep an eye out for Adam’s work in the coming weeks, which will include but won’t be limited to pre-games, post-games, breaking news, fetching coffee, in-depth statistical analysis and picking up my dry cleaning.

We had some awesome, awesome entries, so a big thank you to all the cool boys and cool girls who submitted their work. Also, here’s a special shoutout to our other finalists, Dakoda, Wesley, Dane and Shawn, who made my job very, very difficult. Keep writing your butts off.
