Toronto Maple Leafs forward John Tavares is among the select group of players featured in Lululemon’s rollout of their new campaign with Fanatics.
Lululemon have teamed up with Fanatics to build a new NHL clothing line and Tavares, Chicago Blackhawks sophomore phenom Connor Bedard, Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin, Seattle Kraken forward Matty Beniers and Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone, and their respective partners, highlight the new campaign.
Here’s an initial look at Tavares and his wife, Aryne, rocking the new Lululemon x Fanatics gear. Tavares’ hoodie includes the Lululemon logo on the front, with the Maple Leafs insignia as a shoulder patch. Toronto are among the 11 clubs as part of the initial rollout, with an expansion to all 32 teams for the 2025-26 season.
The new collection will be available at the Lids store at both the Eaton Centre and Union Station locations in Toronto. Here is a full list of locations where you can find the new collection, via NHL.com.
“We are proud to celebrate the start of an exciting new season with the launch of this collection with Fanatics and lululemon, a premier global athletic apparel brand,” NHL Chief Brand Officer and Senior Executive Vice President Brian Jennings said in a statement. “With a unique campaign featuring our Players and their partners, we’re confident the elevated product offerings coming to team stores, select Lids stores and NHLShop.com will delight our fans.”
Tavares has worked with Lululemon in the post, previously modelling a collection designed for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
“It’s such a rare opportunity, such a unique opportunity,” Tavares said at the time. “It was amazing in Sochi. Obviously from a personal standpoint, it didn’t end great.
“I would love another opportunity.”
What do you think of the new collection? We’ll certainly get a better look on October 29 up close at the Lids locations in Toronto.
