<p>So, the Leafs have taken a third-year-eligible player, but they&#8217;ve gone back to the loose strategy they used last year in targeting undersized skill guys. Brooks hasn&#8217;t been listed on many pre-draft rankings, but Future Considerations did have him 148th in their draft guide. Toronto gets him nearly two rounds earlier than that. </p>
