Following PWHL Toronto&#8217;s inaugural season in 2023-24, the team announced on Tuesday that they will have a new home in 2024-25.
Don&#8217;t worry &#8211; the team isn&#8217;t going anywhere. They&#8217;re just moving into a new home, and that home is one that&#8217;s shared with the AHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Toronto Marlies. Starting this upcoming season, they&#8217;ll be playing their home games at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto. The team played their home games at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in 2023-24, just a stone&#8217;s throw from Toronto Metropolitan University.

PWHL Toronto general manager Gina Kingsbury said “We are excited to be calling Coca-Cola Coliseum our home for the upcoming season.&#8221; “We look forward to creating an atmosphere that will be a unique and special sporting experience unlike anything else in Toronto. Our incredible fans sold out this historic venue during our playoff games last season and now we can’t wait to see and hear their infectious excitement again when we hit the ice for the 2024-2025 season.”   
As mentioned, PWHL Toronto sold out their playoff games with over 8500 tickets sold at each playoff home game in their inaugural season, but in cruel Toronto sports fashion, they coughed up a 2-0 series lead to lose the series 3-2 to PWHL Minnesota.
The team will continue to share a practice facility with the Maple Leafs at the Ford Performance Centre, and will also share a home base with the incoming WNBA expansion franchise coming to Toronto in 2026.
Nick Eaves, Chief Operating Officer at MLSE, spoke on the news as well, saying “As operators of Coca-Cola Coliseum, and on behalf of the City of Toronto who own the facility, MLSE is very pleased to be able to help PWHL Toronto build on the success of their inaugural season with this move to this energetic and historic venue.&#8221; “We look forward to the team, and its fans, enjoying many incredible nights at Coca-Cola Coliseum this season and supporting the continued growth of the PWHL in any way we can.” 
The 2024-25 PWHL season will consist of 30 games, some of which will be played at a neutral site, but the majority of home games will be played at the Coliseum.
