We’re now down to the final two after we wrapped up the third round of voting yesterday on Twitter.

After going through all 279 goals scored by the Toronto Maple Leafs this past season, I narrowed it down to 30 and then cut it down to 16 of the best I thought deserved a spot in this Maple Leafs goal of the season bracket.

After three rounds and 14 matchups, we’re left with two goals from two different players – Mitch Marner and William Nylander.

Here’s a quick recap of the two matchups from the third round with the winner advancing to the finals and the loser bowing out in the Conference Finals if you want to look at it like a Stanley Cup playoffs bracket.

Biggest blowout: Matchup two, Nylander (vs MIN) February 24, 2023 (69% of the votes) vs Marner (vs NYR) January 25, 2023 (31% of the votes)

Closest matchup: Matchup one, Marner (vs EDM) March 11, 2023 (59% of the votes) vs Tavares (vs PHI) November 2, 2022 (41% of the votes)
