The Toronto Maple Leafs are getting healthy.
The team announced Monday that F Trevor Moore and D Jake Muzzin had been activated from the injured reserve.
Muzzin suffered a broken foot in late December, an injury the team announced held him out week-to-week, and played in one game Friday for the Toronto Marlies. In 38 NHL games this year, the 30-year-old defenceman has three goals and 13 points.
Meanwhile, Moore has struggled to stay healthy this year. He missed 15 games due to a shoulder injury suffered on Nov. 15, then returned on Dec. 21 only to suffering a concussion shortly thereafter. Moore has played two games with the Marlies in the last 10 days scoring a goal and an assist.
