Adam EDGE Copeland believes Toronto could be primed for a long playoff run: Leafs Morning Take

On this day, I see clearly.
Shoutout to my guy EDGE (more on him later).
It’s been 19 years, but finally, the Leafs will take part in a second round Stanley Cup Playoff game tonight when they host the Florida Panthers at Scotiabank Arena.
As per usual, the Tuesday edition of Leafs Morning Take acted as an all-encompassing game/series preview. Furthermore, I kicked off the show by disclosing my Game 1 keys to victory before handing things off to Jay Rosehill for another instalment of 3 Hits With Rosey. Unsurprisingly, he’s jacked up.
Meantime, powered by our friends over at Skip, WWE Superstar/Hall-of-Famer and big-time Leafs fan Adam ‘Edge’ Copeland dropped by. We talked about the Leafs finally exorcising their first round demons, what this experience has been like for him, and of course, the second round matchup with Florida.
Lastly, for the Betano Wrap Up, I’m expecting some free-wheeling hockey —at least early on in this series.
Join us on Wednesday at 11 AM ET for a full recap of Game 1 between the Leafs & Panthers. Also, we’ll look ahead to Game 2 on Thursday night.
