#Leafs announced Auston Matthews would be out min. four weeks on Oct. 29. That takes him to Nov. 26, 11 days from now. Last season when he was returning from a shoulder injury, Matthews skated in practice/morning skate for at least 10 days before coming back.

Auston Matthews skated with the Leafs today so we’re going to hypothesize about it

Hey, look who it is! Auston Matthews, believe it or not, is now skating with YOUR Toronto Maple Leafs
Auston, who’s been with the Leafs this entire was pictured yesterday dancing to the YMCA in a car driven by Patrick Marleau.
And now? He’s back on the ice!
A report from TSN’s Kristen Shilton:
And then this… from another TSN reporter also at the rink, Mark Masters.
Auston Matthews is taking part in Leafs morning skate in a regular sweater Didn't do line drills (obviously) First time on the ice at start of a session with teammates since injury Next practice is on Sunday in Toronto, which will be better indication of where he stands
Should we make this a commentary about how TSN sends a lot of reporters to Leafs practice? Or should we just hope everyone had fun?
Anyway, it would be quite something if Nylander and Matthews ended up coming back to the lineup the same game.
Let’s see em both November 26.
