Friedman stated that if Toronto wants to get a more prominent name, he thinks it&#8217;s going to cost someone in the pipeline.</p>

According to Friedman, the Leafs might be in the market for a defender, making Rasmus Ristolainen a intriguing target as well.</p>
<p>&#8220;They know what the price is going to be for Laughton. I&#8217;ve always wondered if they could try to do a Laughton, Ristolainen deal. Knock two birds off with one stone, but that&#8217;s expensive.&#8221;</p>
