Our staff’s Conference Finals picks

This is honestly a pretty nice Conference Final, all things considered.
I mean, Boston didn’t get past Tampa Bay, which is great. Washington finally got past Pittsburgh, which is great, though I can always enjoy Phil! winning a Stanley Cup. Vegas is a hell of a team to watch and Winnipeg being this far in the playoffs despite poor play from Patrik Laine is great for terrible twitter banter about Auston Matthews.
Anyways, here’s how we expect the Conference Finals to go.
J(etsfan)on | Adam Laskaris | Scott Maxwell | Thomas Williams | h0ckeyfan | Ryan Hobart | Hayley Hendren
CAPS/LIGHTING | Tampa in 4 | Tampa in 6 | Tampa in 5 | Washington in 7 | Tampa in 4 | Tampa in 5 | Tampa in 5
JETS/PREDATORS | Winnipeg in 3 | Winnipeg in 4 | Winnipeg in 5 | Winnipeg in 5 | Vegas in 7 | Vegas in 6 | Winnipeg in 6 |
We really, really believe in a Tampa and Winnipeg Stanley Cup Final. Only h0ckeyfan and Hobart believe in Vegas and only Thomas believes in Washington. Regardless, the four teams left in the playoffs being Tampa, Washington, Vegas, and Winnipeg means we’ll get a good Cup Final. There aren’t any boring teams left or any teams who have won recently, so everything is rosy.
