And we’re back for another week of Leafs Morning Take on The Nation Network Youtube page.
Back on Saturday night, Erik Gustafsson netted a hatty as Washington smothered Toronto 5-2 to hand the Leafs back-to-back losses in regulation for the first time this season. It certainly wasn’t the outing Ilya Samsonov envisioned for himself in his return to D.C., but that’s life sometimes.
Yours truly flew solo for Monday’s show. I kicked things off by breaking down the lopsided loss. After that, Rosie dropped by for another instalment of 3 Hits With Rosie, which once again, was brilliantly done.
Then, I welcomed in Greg Linnelli, Game Day Host on the Tampa Bay Lightning Radio Network to preview tomorrow night’s showdown in Toronto between the Leafs and Bolts. I don’t know about you but I love these measuring stick games.
Meantime, he didn’t tie Gordie Howe on Saturday night against Toronto, but I think tonight’s the night for Alex Ovechkin. Here’s today’s PointsBet Canada bet of the day:
.@thegoldenmuzzy is throwing down on Alex Ovechkin tonight 👀 💰💰💰 @PointsBetCanada is live in Ontario! Details -> bit.ly/3TpqSYU #ad #pointsbetcanada Full Show: youtu.be/nhFPAdNgRVs
Rosie will be back in the mix tomorrow at 11 AM ET as we tee up Leafs and Lightning.
