WWYDW: Fixing a hole

Jan 18, 2017, 23:16 ESTUpdated:

So the Leafs won last night, but at a cost. Morgan Rielly was injured in the opening minutes of the game, leaving Toronto short their highest-minute defenceman. That might be a problem, though his “day to day” status has kept it from being a complete and total catastrophe.
But somebody still has to play tomorrow. Maybe even once or twice more while he fully recovers from whatever is ailing his leg. The initial indication is that this will be the (triumphant?) return of Frank Corrado, with him and Connor Carrick (on his off side) making up the third pair.
Of course, there were other options, including pulling from the Toronto Marlies or even being impatient and rushing Martin Marincin back from his own ailment. So I’m curious to what the vibe is here; what would your solution have been? Leave it in the comments below.
