Right off the bat, we dissected another leaky night for Ilya Samsonov, who was chased by the Lightning for the second time this season. He’s really fighting it right now, and being a former NHL goalie, Hutts shed some light on what may be going on behind the scenes for him right now.</p>

The Knies, Matthews, Marner combined for 10 points and Nick Robertson notched an assist in his season debut. Meantime, full credit to Joseph Woll, who once again was forced to spell a shaky Samsonov. He’s been a phenomenal early season story for this team.</p>
<p>Meantime, the one and only Frank Seravalli dropped by to share some intel on Toronto’s up and down start. We talked John Klingberg, Ryan Reaves, Ilya Samsonov/Joseph Woll, the trade market, and Sheldon Keefe’s status as head coach. As per usual, Frank gave a good perspective of where things are with this team right now.</p>
