Dahlstrom: "Exciting times. I see myself as a two-way defenceman." Broke his hand and foot in previous stops. "I've been itching for my chance. I've always liked (the Leafs') game."
Keefe says Kase and Holl are out of protocol and flying today to join the team. They will rejoin the team tomorrow.
Rielly on Leaf struggles: "There have been some issues. But it comes from hard work and playing within the structure. The D corps has to take some responsibility. We have to protect our net better." Does not dispute Keefe's"soft" comment about team play from last game.
Sheldon Keefe begins his media availability today by clarifying his postgame comments following the loss to New York Rangers on Wednesday night: "My belief in this team hasn't changed in any way. But our standards slipped the other night."
Keefe says Mrazek starts tomorrow.
